Cody Grant serves as the Lead Manager of Talent Solutions for Grand Circus, focusing on net-new technical talent pipelines and improving job readiness training as well as inclusive employer hiring across two campuses in Michigan. At Grand Circus, he has provided career coaching resources to over 750 adult career changers and increased the alumni employer network to include more than 350 employers. With 6 years’ experience in talent and hiring, he previously worked in constructing contingent and direct-hire workforce solutions that supported leading IT, healthcare, and manufacturing organizations in Michigan and beyond. Cody completed his master’s in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University and also holds a BA in Communications from the University of Detroit Mercy. He has been recognized as a DisruptHR speaker and was previously a Challenge Detroit Fellow, supporting non-profits across the Metro Detroit region.

Cody Grant is a member of the Detroit Workforce Leadership Academy Class of 2020, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.
