Delicia Reynolds Hand is the Director of Financial Fairness at Consumer Reports. At CR, Hand leads the organization’s digital finance marketplace testing and ratings strategy, and leads organizational marketplace change strategy on consumer friendly financial innovation. Through creating a reliable and iterative testing framework for digitized finance, she is influencing the fintech market place by examining fintech company behaviors and practices to evaluate the practices and product characteristics which positively change outcomes for consumers. Rather than criticizing fintech, she wants to dive deep and help fintech live up to its promise.
