My name is Phillip Lockhart. I am a native of Turrell, Arkansas. For the last 12 years of my life, I have devoted myself to becoming one of the best literacy specialists in the country. The Delta region of Arkansas is where much of my work has been regarding ensuring that children and young adults are literate, as well as well versed in being able to advocate for their needs. I also have a beautiful wife of 10 years now and two beautiful children. This mission is bigger than myself. Knowing that if I am able to make difference today, it could potentially have a dramatic impact on the community my children are able to live in five years from now.
