Eboni Worsley

Community Advisory Group Member, Financial Security Program

Eboni Worsley is a member of the Aspen Institute Financial Security Program's Community Advisory Group.

Eboni Worlsey is a humanitarian who’s worked in Behavioral Health and Mental Health for 18 years. She has worked with and in various populations of each field in Arizona. Because of her professional experiences, Eboni decided to find a way to serve this population filling in gaps she encountered serving these populations. There are perimeters Eboni found restricting when assisting her clients, and she knew they’d benefit more from supportive services that included evidence-based Wrap Around services. Eboni opened her first independent living home, We Help Services, for people with SMI Diagnosis, where she had a waiting list almost immediately due to the services provided for those unable to qualify for state-funded Group homes. In 2016 Eboni and her husband, Sean Worsley, who is a Purple Heart Disabled Veteran, were traveling to North Carolina and found themselves incarcerated in Alabama for possessing Sean’s Legal Cannabis from AZ. This thrust Eboni into becoming a Legal champion and Advocate for those entangled in the antiquated Justice System in America. Eboni led groups of legal, veteran, and public supporters in helping to release Sean from prison in 2020. Since Sean’s release, Eboni has created an LLC and is developing a Non-Profit and Re-Entry program to help with Behaviour Modification and Recidivism Reduction Programming. Eboni is also in her second year in undergrad to become a Lawyer. Her passion is to see those bound in criminality and poverty rise above these challenges and create resources that enable a positive future.

Eboni has been a CAG member for one year and enjoys learning from like-minded individuals who bring change to their communities.
