Haris is a leader in employment services and community economic development for communities facing labour market access barriers in his current role as Director of Employment Services at Dixon Hall Neighbourhood Services, a community-based organization in Toronto. With over two decades of experience as a senior manager and leader in the private and non-profit sectors, Haris brings the necessary blend of skills to the field of employment services and community economic development. Haris’s experience in workforce development is complemented by an MBA from University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, with an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering.

Haris Blentic is a member of the Toronto Sector Skills Academy, Class of 2016-17, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.
