Dr. Ian Tuttle is a John and Daria Barry Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Princeton University’s James Madison Program in American Ideals and Institutions. He holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Political Theory from the Catholic University of America, and a B.A. in Liberal Arts from St. John’s College (Annapolis, MD). From 2017 to 2023, Ian served as a speechwriter in the United States Senate.
