Seminar Program and Operations Manager, Executive Leadership Seminars

Maryna Markowicz serves as the Seminar Program and Operations Manager for the Executive Leadership Seminars at the Aspen Institute, where she oversees the planning, management, and execution of leadership development programs for organizations. In this capacity, she works closely with global businesses and high-profile clients to design bespoke experiences that address specific challenges and foster continuous executive growth for their employees, members, or stakeholders.

A self-described global nomad, Maryna spent the first 18 years of her life across Central and Eastern Europe, though she proudly calls Ukraine her home. In 2022, she had the honor of serving as the VIP Relations Manager for Ukraine House Davos in Switzerland, where UHD returned alongside the World Economic Forum (WEF) to help unify and inform the global response to Russia’s war on Ukraine.

Maryna earned her B.A. in International Relations with a minor in Business Administration & Management from Boston University. Before joining the Aspen Institute, she had the privilege of working in economic development, intergovernmental consultations, and advocacy.
