Monica Ballesteros is a recent graduate from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.

Monica Ballesteros (Washington, DC) is a recent graduate from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. She is passionate about initiatives that bring financial solutions to mid and low income segments of the population. Her research focuses on the financial practices of migrants and how trust shapes economic relations in groups that have been economically marginalized. Prior to Fletcher, Monica worked in the G20 team of Mexico’s Ministry of Finance helping draft positions on financial inclusion for international forums. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Wellesley College and and M.A in Law Diplomacy from the Fletcher School.
