Natalie Travers is the Associate Director for Communications and Development for the Aspen Young Leaders Fellowship (AYLF), where she oversees the revenue and communication development and strategy. Natalie has over 15 years’ experience in program design, fundraising, and social impact initiatives. She has succeeded in an array of roles, from GTM strategy and experiential learning design with the Aspen Challenge youth leadership and design program, to partnership development and operations with Aspen Words literary organization, to fundraising with Theatre Aspen and business development and strategy with her own consulting practice Apogee Creative. A values-based leader who believes that business can catalyze meaningful societal change, Natalie is passionate about innovating ideas that benefit humanity and the environment. Natalie has a B.A. in Studio Art from Macalester College and an M.B.A. from Duke University.
