Aspen Strategy Group Member, Chairman, PSP Partners, and Former U.S. Secretary of Commerce

Penny Pritzker is the founder and Chairman of PSP Partners, which invests through its affiliates in technology services, value added industrials, and real estate. From 2013 to 2017, Ms. Pritzker served as U.S. Secretary of Commerce in the Obama administration. Ms. Pritzker is an entrepreneur, civic leader, and philanthropist, with more than 30 years of experience in numerous industries. She currently serves as President Biden’s Special Representative for Ukraine’s Economic Recovery. In 2022, Ms. Pritzker was elected as the Senior Fellow of the Harvard Corporation, the main governing board for the University. She is the first woman to hold the position. Ms. Pritzker is also a member of the boards of Microsoft and Icertis, a member of the Harvard Corporation, Aspen Economic Strategy Group, and the Smithsonian American Women’s History Museum Advisory Council. She formerly served as Chairman of the board of trustees of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and as Co-Founder and Board Chair of Chicago-based civic-tech organization P33. Ms. Pritzker and her husband, Dr. Bryan Traubert, co-founded the Pritzker Traubert Foundation, a private philanthropic foundation that works to foster increased economic opportunity for Chicago’s families. She is a member of the Aspen Strategy Group.
