Rachael Berhe is a Program Director for Wilkinson Center and has been employed with the organization since 2005 and in her current role since 2011. She has twenty years of experience in workforce development and fifteen years in adult education. Prior to Wilkinson Center, Rachael worked as a case manager with homeless and low-income women, workforce specialist with the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) programs and taught adult basic education classes. Rachael obtained her Bachelors of Science in Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Masters of Management with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. She is a graduate of the Leadership Excellence Academies through the Center for Literacy, Education and Employment and is a Certified Manager in Program Improvement.

Rachael Berhe is a member of the Dallas Economic Opportunity Leadership Academy, Class of 2019-2020, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.
