The Aspen Institute Homeland Security Group (AIHSG) is a bipartisan group of homeland security and counterterrorism experts who convene periodically to discuss these issues and to make recommendations to policy makers.

FISA Section 702 is a vital tool in our counterterrorism arsenal. Authorized by two administrations from both parties, FISA Section 702 is the source of nearly twenty-five percent of our actionable intelligence. The Aspen Institute Homeland Security Group urges Congress to take action and re-authorize, through regular order and with bipartisan support, FISA Section 702.
