The College Excellence Program’s American Talent Initiative partnered with College Greenlight, a leading admissions advocacy network for students from first-generation and underrepresented backgrounds, to offer a blueprint for how selective four-year colleges and universities across the country can partner with community-based organizations (CBOs) to recruit and enroll a greater number of talented students from historically marginalized communities.
