In 2002, a former Aspen Institute Program (The Domestic Strategy Group) under Director David T. Ellwood, released Grow Faster Together or Grow Slowly Apart, a report which highlights an impending American workforce crisis. It recommends that worker training, job security and stability, and immigration policy should be priorities and offers concrete initiatives for government and the private sector.
