The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the transformation of organizations, particularly around the meaning of ‘workplace.’ Distributed work and workers are challenging long-standing norms and conditions. How must institutions adapt? Perspective from the Pandemic, the June 2021 report of the Aspen Institute Roundtable on Institutional Innovation, addresses how companies might work towards actionable outcomes for organizational adaptation, in addition to resilience. Successful leaders and organizations will need to orient around both perspective, and purpose, with renewed focus on equity.
