This panel will bring together advocates and artists to examine the shortcomings of our criminal justice system through stories that give voice to the accused, the incarcerated, and the families and swaths of communities affected by the system’s injustice and bias. Each panelist will bring their expertise, craft, and civic actions that humanize and educate us on the issues and shed light on ways forward. Panelists will share excerpts from their changemaking creative works. Featuring Rabia Chaudry, Bradford Young, Claire Bryant, Liza Peterson, and Erika Mallin.
