Guns and the Supreme Court

September 15, 2016  • Health, Medicine and Society Program

The Health, Medicine and Society Program hosted a conversation with two eminent legal scholars, Darrell Miller (Professor of Law, Duke University School of Law) and Eugene Volokh (Gary T. Schwartz, Professor of Law, University of California, Los Angeles School of Law), to address how and why historical arguments have become important for the judicial debate about guns in America. The conversation was moderated by Nina Totenberg, legal affairs correspondent for National Public Radio.
