Meditation

Our days vary from day to day, but the sense of obligation is a constant. The shoulds of life are productive and necessary, but keep a constant weight on us to fulfill expectations – either our own or others’. When we wake up with emptiness from a sense of lost purpose, with fear of failing, with the burden of expectation, we lose sight of the creativity and passion that drove us to pursue our dreams. Look up onto your shelf. What instrument lies there waiting for you to be played? Have you stored it away to gather dust, or do you play frequently? How does it feel to bring it down and center passion into everything you do?
