New Jersey Assembly Calls for Statewide Youth Suicide Prevention Program

The New Jersey General Assembly yesterday unanimously approved a bill calling for the creation within 180 days of a statewide youth suicide prevention program.


The bill specifically includes requiring identifying and improved coordination of youth suicide resources, raising awareness of the problem, finding and promoting best practices for suicide prevention.  You can read more about the bill from the Atlantic Heights Herald here, and the full text of the bill is here.
