NFL Quarterback Bradford and Ag Secretary Urge Native Kids to Get Out and Get Active

Heisman Trophy winner Sam Bradford, last year’s #1 overall pick in the NFL draft and current St. Louis Rams quarterback, on Wednesday joined US Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack to urge Native American kids to spend this summer getting outside and being active. The two noted the increased problem of obesity, diabetes and heart disease among Native youth, especially among those living in rural areas.
