Successful upskilling programs require more than just tailored training and carefully selected partners. Companies with the best learning outcomes create a culture of learning that encourages and supports continuous learning for their employees.
To help you create a culture of learning, UpSkill America, in partnership with the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), created a new tool with the six actions needed to put your company on the right path. The new tool “Strategic Guide to Building a Culture of Learning” also outlines the benefits of such a culture and describes what it looks like, to help your business understand its value.
The Learning Culture tool is the sixth in a series to be released in 2018, thanks to a grant from Walmart to support UpSkill America’s work to equip businesses with tools to educate, train, and support frontline workers’ development to advance their careers. The work builds on UpSkill America’s 2017 UpSkilling Playbook for Employers.
