The Dark Years, Nelson Mandela
Meditation
There are many things that rob of us our dignity. Prison is one, but there are many prisons whose bars are invisible—bars set up by others, bars we set around ourselves. But through the bars we can see the light, feel the warmth of the sun. What is it that keeps our head pointed towards the sun, our feet moving forward? What is that freedom that sustains you in the darkness?
