Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton to deliver speech to mark the 15th year of the International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD). Secretary Clinton will announce U.S. Government’s renewed support for and dedication to reaching the ICPD goals and other related UN agreements, including the Millennium Development Goals, by 2015.

The ICPD 2015  Planning Group includes individuals from the Aspen Institute, the United Nations Foundation, CEDPA, CCMC, Global Health Council, Guttmacher Institute, GoodWorks Group, Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Population Action International, and the United Nations Population Fund.
