| Clifton Kinnie, high school senior; Ferguson, Missouri activist; and speaker at the Communications and Society Program’s first “Community Dialogue on Healing the Racial Divide”; established OurDestinySTL to build better relationships, and to foster dialogues, between local youth and law enforcement officers in response to the unrest in Ferguson. Business leaders who participated in roundtable sessions during the Dialogue have come forward to fund the expenses of this initiative, allowing more students to participate. |
