Lohen Parchment

As Senior Program Associate in the Business & Society Program, Lohen supports the development and realization of BSP’s First Movers Fellowship and the Leaders Forum. Through this work, she continues her efforts to build equitable spaces in society through collaboration and conversation.

Working across the private and nonprofit sectors in development and operations, she has experience providing data-driven and human-centered solutions to mobilize missions and support the growth and well-being of organizations. Lohen holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Northwestern University and a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management with a focus on Impact Entrepreneurship from The New School.

Prior to joining the Aspen Institute, Lohen worked at Coqual, a nonprofit think tank, where she boosted partnership efforts and strengthened knowledge management within the team and organization.

Outside of work, Lohen has an unwavering passion for traveling and adventure. You will find her exploring new hobbies like archery or planning her next getaway.
