Race, Religion, & Justice: Honoring the Contributions of Black Americans

Race, Religion, & Justice: Honoring the Contributions of Black Americans

Updated Regularly

At the Inclusive America Project, our work to elevate religion’s role in advancing the common good and equity in America is not separate from our work to address anti-Black racism. We know that faith leaders are powerful witnesses for justice, and that the history of achievements and contributions from Black Americans across religious traditions is wide and deep.

This resource hub highlights the many readings, tools, and materials at the intersections of race, justice, and religion. It is also a place that seeks to add to the conversation of racial justice by providing ways to learn about, honor, and celebrate Black-led organizations, scholarship, and work.

The resource hub is for anyone concerned about justice, inequity, and racism in America’s past and present.

Our resource hub only scratches the surface of materials that exist. Do you have an article, resource, or organization that should be included in our list? Let us know here and continue to check back to see more resources added.
