FIELD‘s US Microenterprise Census is an annual survey of microenterprise development organizations across the country. Results of the 2012 Census reveal that in 2011 the industry continued to grow, that program costs were reasonable, and that microloan portfolios performed strongly in an economy that was still in recovery.
