The Aspen Institute Business & Society Program in partnership with the UCLA School of Law will be hosting a breakfast book talk at the Yale Club featuring Lynn Stout, Paul Hastings Professor of Corporate and Securities Law at the UCLA School of Law, with Floyd Norris, Chief Financial Correspondent for the New York Times. They will be discussing Lynn’s new book, Cultivating Conscience: How Good Laws Make Good People.
