This Vanguard Chapter Discussion Reception will feature First Mover Fellows Manoj Fenelon and Catherine (Cat) Oyler in conversation with Judy Samuelson, the Executive Director of the Business and Society Program at The Aspen Institute. They will discuss transforming companies through the power of intrapreneurship.
Manoj Fenelon, the Director of Foresight and Innovation at PepsiCo, is an intrapreneur and “internal activist” working to build cross-sector, multi-stakeholder consensus in favor of integrated water stewardship and advocating for the peaceful coexistence of profit-motives with social utility.
Cat Oyler is the Vice President of Strategy and External Innovation at Janssen Research and Development, LLC. Cat leads development and execution of long-term growth strategies for Janssen Research and Development, the global R&D arm of the Janssen pharmaceutical companies of Johnson & Johnson.
