The panel will feature Natalie Jaresko, Chairperson of the Aspen Institute Kyiv and former Minister of Finance of Ukraine (2014-2016); Gennadiy Chyzhykov, Member of the Supervisory Board of Aspen Institute Kyiv; and Andriy Zagorodnyuk, Head of the Board for the Center for Defense Strategies and former Minister of Defense of Ukraine (2019-2020).
