The Aspen Institute Youth and Engagement Division and the Aspen Institute Urban Innovation Lab cordially invite you to a Big Idea Night and reception exploring visionary approaches to education in the District. The evening will feature some of DC’s most creative and impactful leaders in K-12 education, each offering rapid fire “pitches” for strategies to empower the District’s youth, followed by a panel discussion and reception.

The evening’s speakers will include: 

  • Jennifer Bradley, Founding Director of the Center for Urban Innovation at the Aspen Institute and Co-Author of The Metropolitan Revolution
  • Raj Vinnakota, Executive Vice President of Youth and Engagement at the Aspen Institute and Founder of the SEED Foundation
  • Mark Hecker, Executive Director of Reach Incorporated
  • Caroline Hill, Founder and Principal Innovation Engineer at DC Equity Lab
  • Celia Neustadt, Executive Director of the Inner Harbor Project
