Featuring sustainable transportation expert Jim Charlier, president of Boulder-based Charlier Associates and faculty member of the Governors’ Institute of Community Design and Mayors’ Institute of City Design. Charlier, who has done extensive work in the Roaring Fork Valley, will discuss the influence of economics, demographics, settlement patterns, and technology on transportation systems and mobility; the changing behavior and expectations in both public and private transportation; as well as his vision for how we might apply his findings to increase traffic mobility in the upper valley.
