In this Washington Ideas Roundtable Series, Arts Program Director Damian Woetzel welcomed Halcyon Co-Founder and CEO Kate Goodall along with two Incubator Fellows, Sam Pressler and Yoko Sen, and Arts Lab Fellow Sheldon Scott, who use the arts to drive change in health, education and care for veterans.Creative people are always on the forefront of social change, whether they be artists, innovators, or entrepreneurs. Halcyon is a DC-based organization whose programs include the Halcyon Incubator for social entrepreneurs, and the Halcyon Arts Lab, which provides emerging artists from around the world with the resources and support they need to bridge the gap between ambitious ideas and their potential impact.
