As global turmoil seems to be at an all-time high, effective communication and cooperation among global powers are more vital than ever in recent history. In this half-day, multiple-panel program, we will explore current geopolitical dynamics and the various tools of diplomacy being implemented. Their efficacy will be analyzed by our esteemed panelists, many of whom have sat at the negotiation table. We will dive into questions about the use of soft vs. hard power, the changing nature of ally/enemy relationships, the impact of digital technology and social media on power dynamics, andshifting economies and markets and their effect on the future of trade.
