Date

Wed Mar 4, 2026
5:00pm – 6:00pm MST

Location

Paepcke Auditorium
1000 N. Third Street
Aspen, CO

Presented as part of the Advancing Women’s Health Series.

Featuring Dr. Sharon Malone, board-certified OB-GYN, chief medical advisor at Alloy Women’s Health, and author of “Grown Woman Talk.” Drawing from decades of clinical experience and the research behind her new book, Dr. Malone will discuss what really happens to women’s bodies during perimenopause and menopause, and why so few physicians are adequately trained to address this critical stage of life. In addition to unpacking the physical and emotional changes many women experience in midlife—such as sleep disruption, brain fog, mood shifts, and sexual health—Dr. Malone will also explore how differences in health outcomes and access to care affect women of color. She’ll break down the latest science, clarify common misconceptions, and share practical, evidence-based tools to help all women navigate midlife with greater confidence, agency, and clarity. This series is generously sponsored by Meredith Loring and Sami Inkinen.
