joel_kotkinFeaturing Joel Kotkin, Presidential Fellow of Urban Futures at Chapman University and Executive Director of the Center for Opportunity Urbanism. Kotkin will discuss his newest book, The Human City: Urbanism for the Rest of Us (Agate, April 2016), which challenges the way we think about our cities. Instead of the conventional urban-planning strategy of high-density cities, he favors a decentralized, more sustainable alternative.
