Based on innovative new research conducted by Susan Ochs, our Senior Fellow and Founder of the Better Banking Project, this event will explore the mindsets and personal characteristics of financial industry practitioners — noting changes since the 2008 financial crisis, revealing important dynamics in the industry, and evaluating the implications for consumers, as well as for policymakers and the institutions themselves. The research, conducted in the first quarter of 2014, surveyed 700 professionals in the financial sector to investigate attitudinal trends as well as personality attributes.
