The Sutter County Dialogue on Public Libraries is a forum to advance new thinking about the role of the public library in the city of Yuba City. The purpose of the Sutter County Dialogue on Public Libraries is to drive new thinking, conversation and action about the public library and its role in helping residents and businesses in Sutter County meet the challenges of an increasingly digital, mobile and diverse world.
