The Aspen Institute and James Beard Foundation are offering a new series of conversations on how to change and advance American food and food policy. In this first “food salon” on sugar, Corby Kummer of The Atlantic will guide a 90-minute discussion of the current state of research on the health effects of sugar, and what can and should be done to reduce its consumption, particularly in drinks. Discussion followed by lunch at the Park Tavern.
