The dialogue was moderated by Jean-Christophe Bas, Founder and CEO of the Global Compass and member of the Executive Board of Aspen France. The event featured Olga Stefanishyna, Deputy Prime Minister of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine; Yegor Chernev, Chairperson of the Permanent Delegation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly; and Natalie Jaresko, Chairperson of Aspen Kyiv, and Minister of Finance of Ukraine (2014-2016).
