Amy Glassman is the Program Manager for the Center for Rising Generations at the Aspen Institute, dedicated to nurturing young leaders and helping them drive positive social change. Amy brings over 15 years of experience in communications, strategic partnerships, community engagement, and youth leadership development in the nonprofit sector. During her time at the Aspen Institute, she has been instrumental in mentoring and supporting hundreds of emerging youth leaders and coordinating global events like the Future Leaders Climate Summit and Aspen Ideas: Climate.
A proud Gator, Amy holds a Master of Mass Communication from the University of Florida, where she graduated with distinction and was awarded the top honor of Outstanding Master’s Student. When she’s not cultivating the next generation of leaders, Amy enjoys hiking the Blue Ridge Mountains with her wife and dogs, getting lost in a great book, listening to podcasts, watching sports, and catching the latest Broadway productions.
