Hao Jingfang, Novel Author, Economic Research Fellow, Founder of Tong Xing College. She graduated from Tsinghua University Department of Physics in 2006, and got her doctor’s degree from Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management in 2013. She worked as Deputy Director of Research Department I in China Development Research Foundation from 2013 to 2018, and became a Visiting Scholar at Harvard Kennedy School in 2018. She has been writing novels since 2006. On the 74th World Science Fiction Convention, she won “The Best Novelette” for her short story “Folding Beijing”. In 2017, she founded the children’s general education brand “Tong Xing College” to broaden children’s horizon, promote children’s thinking, foster children’s creativity, and to explore sustainable public welfare education. She is a Fellow of the seventh class of the China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
