The Groundwater Institute helps people make sense of our society is organized by race – and how that organization causes racial inequity. Dar Vanderbeck is in conversation with the Groundwater team on their analysis and how they work with leaders to propel their anti-racism journeys.

Now is the time for tech leaders to use their unprecedented power to advance goals for diversity, equity, and inclusion in their own companies and across the industry. On January 27, 2021, we held the third and last dialogue of Tech X Talent. The focus was on addressing industry-wide goal-setting and actionable steps to drive sector change.

On December 8, 2020, we convened experts to examine methods for building inclusive work environments, ensuring pay equity, and enhancing performance management.

On November 18, 2020, we convened the first of three roundtables on the operational approaches and structures that advance and promote an equitable and inclusive culture in tech. The conversation focused on the critical actions that managers and other company leaders must (or must not) take to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion.
