As we prepare to welcome the Digital Equity Accelerator’s first-ever cohort, we are thrilled to introduce a phenomenal group of leaders who will serve as our inaugural Advisory Council. Comprising leaders at the forefront of advancing equity in education, healthcare, and economic opportunity across the digital space, this diverse network serves as a brain trust to ensure that the Accelerator centers on and serves the communities most impacted by the digital divide.

Eligible employees have access to tuition-free learning through Guild’s more than 75 programs from more than 25 learning providers.

The benefit offers debt-free tuition assistance to associates for more than 50 academic programs across 23 universities and learning providers.

As cities move towards more sustainable energy models, citizens will be left with higher electric bills. How can ensure that vulnerable communities are prepared for these modern challenges? 

The American Dream Academy will provide free certified skills training to 200,000 underserved Americans from companies like Google, IBM, and Meta.

More than 140 colleges and universities have been added to the Career Choice program, which provides a fully funded education to participating employees.

PepsiCo will cover 100% of tuition costs, books, and fees for more than 100 flexible education and upskilling programs in its debt-free catalog.
