The Aspen Global Leadership Network (AGLN) is a growing, worldwide community of entrepreneurial leaders from business, government and the nonprofit sector -- currently, 950 "Fellows" from 43 countries -- who share a commitment to enlightened leadership and to using their extraordinary creativity, energy and resources to tackle the foremost societal challenges of our times. All share the common experience of participating in the Henry Crown Fellowship or one of the dozen Aspen Institute leadership initiatives it has inspired in the United States, Africa, Central America, India and the Middle East.  And all have participated in one of the following initiatives: Read more.

Finalists Announced for 2009 John P. McNulty Prize
The John P. McNulty Prize, which celebrates the spirit and memory of John P. McNulty by supporting extraordinary young leaders from the Aspen Global Leadership Network who are making creative, effective and lasting contributions to their communities will be awarded in November, 2009. Middle East Leadership Initiative Launches
The Inaugural Class of Fellows in the Middle East Leadership Initiative met at the Dead Sea in Jordan for the first seminar in a series of four, The Challenge of Leadership. The class is made up of eighteen entrepreneurial leaders (nine men and nine women) from nine countries around the region. Please see the MELI press release to read more on the launch.
