This first event in the symposium will include a conversation with Associate Justice Stephen Breyer of the US Supreme Court and Honorable Dame Silvia Cartwright, Trial Chamber Judge in the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia and former New Zealand Governor-General, at 6 p.m. with reception to follow.

The following day’s event is a closed roundtable session with Judge Cartwright, Ambassador Stephen Rapp, Ambassador David Scheffer and a distinguished group of judges, legal scholars, and attorneys. It runs from 9am-3pm.
