Book Talk: “Wild Game” with Adrienne Brodeur

Join us as Aspen Words Executive Director Adrienne Brodeur makes an official book-tour stop in Aspen to discuss her new memoir,  “Wild Game: My Mother, Her Lover and Me,” a daughter’s tale of living in the thrall of her magnetic, complicated mother and the chilling consequences of her complicity. The conversation will be moderated by Julie Comins Pickrell, former director of the Aspen Writers Foundation.

Praise for “Wild Game”:

“Adrienne Brodeur’s stunning memoir is the kind of true story that makes you wonder why we’d ever need fiction. It’s a beautifully written, totally engrossing story unlike any we’ve read before—and will surely be one of the most talked-about books of the year.” — TOWN & COUNTRY

‘“Shocking, poignant, unputdownable” — PEOPLE MAGAZINE

“Highly anticipated. . . . Adrienne Brodeur’s twisted mother-daughter story could be the next big memoir.” — ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY

This event is FREE and open to the public, a registration link is coming soon.

Doors open at 5:00 p.m. Following the conversation, Aspen Words members are invited to a celebratory cocktail reception at Christopher Martin Gallery (525 E. Cooper St. Aspen).
