With an introduction by the Honorable Diarmuid O’Scannlain, Judge, US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit

U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Anthony M. Kennedy joins us to share his views on how history has shaped Western ideas about human freedom.  With its 800th anniversary approaching, Justice Kennedy will discuss what Magna Carta teaches us about the development of the rule of law around the world, and freedom in our own time.
