Our Policy 101 webinars are conducted regularly to introduce new audiences to the basics of the policy process. This program teaches participants how to think about policy expansively and introduces them to a framework for understanding how to change policy on the issues they care about. It also gives an overview of the six steps of policy impact.

The webinar’s content is derived from our broader curriculum, which is usually reserved for individuals and organizations going through our cohort trainings. This webinar functions as an excellent starter course for anyone interested in the Aspen Policy Academy’s broader programming offerings. We encourage participants attending a Policy 101 webinar to continue their training in understanding and impacting policy by applying to another Aspen Policy Academy program.
