Program Coordinator, Aspen Global Leadership Network, Finance Leaders Fellowship

At the Aspen Institute, Ada Rădescu supports the Aspen Global Leadership Network (AGLN) as Global Events Coordinator, helping to design and deliver global convenings that foster dialogue, connection, and values-based leadership. In her role, she supports programs including the Finance Leaders Fellowship, the Michael D. Eisner Arts and Culture Fellowship, and Leading in a Global Context, focusing on the planning and execution of high-level seminars and events that bring together Fellows and partners from across sectors and regions.Prior to joining the Aspen Institute, Ada worked across international relations, partnerships, and events within the heritage and diplomatic sectors. She has held roles with organizations including UNESCO, the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, English Heritage, and The King’s Foundation, supporting international convenings and initiatives focused on sustainable development, heritage, diaspora engagement and place-based leadership.Originally from Romania, Ada spent seven years studying and working in the UK and is now based in New York. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Cambridge, has a strong academic background in history, and is trained in palaeography, with a personal interest in translating and transcribing medieval Latin manuscripts. A passionate traveler and lifelong history enthusiast, she brings a global, culturally informed perspective to her work at Aspen.
